A perfect villa for large families or groups, the Villa has 2 Suites and 2 En-suite Double Bedrooms plus a separate apartment for older children, staff or to serve as an office. The villa is exceptionally spacious, with two living rooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and numerous terraces, perfect for taking the sun or watching sunset over the island of Lokrum.

The spa area has a Swedish sauna, a Turkish bath as well as an in house gym (including Concept 2 rower, weights and yoga mats). A hotel-quality lift ensures seamless access across the three floors of the villa.

For nature enthusiasts there are beautiful running and walking trails around the house, where you can explore the protected olive groves and forests surrounding the house. Beneath the house runs the Caravan Route, a historic trade route connecting Medieval Dubrovnik (then the Republic of Ragusa) with the Balkans.

Sveti Jakov beach lies directly below, and can be reached on foot passing via Sv Jakov Church, where you can relax and swim or take a boat trip to visit the islands.

In the evenings, a beautiful 20-minute stroll (or 3-minute taxi ride) brings you to Dubrovnik Old Town filled with fantastic restaurants and bars, or we can arrange a private chef to prepare meals in the villa.
